ROCK LOBSTER TAILS INFERNO

Method

Split 4 Rock LOBSTER TAILS, place in Broiling Pan. Cover with LEMON JUICE and BUTTER. Broil until almost done. Remove from oven or broiler, sprinkle tails copiously with BOURBON. Ignite and serve. Pour remaining sauce over the tails.
