1 bushel celery knobs (Yield-5 gallons)
1 gal. red wine vinegar
3 pounds diced onions
1 basket button mushrooms
3 Tbls. English mustard
8 oz. sugar
8 oz. salt
1 bottle worcestershire sauce
1 #10 chili sauce

Method

Preparation: Cut peeled celery in 1" squares, add all ingredients except chili sauce. Cover with water, bring to a boil then let slowly simmer. When 3/4 finished, add chili sauce.
