Name: COLD CHILI SAUCE
Ingredients: 1 peck ripe tomatoes; 2 cups chopped celery; 1 cup white sugar; 1/4 tsp. salt; 6 red peppers, chopped; 1 small bottle horseradish; 2 cups chopped onions; 1/2 tsp. mustard seed; 5 cups apple cider vinegar; 6 green peppers, chopped

Ingredients

1 peck ripe tomatoes
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
6 red peppers, chopped
1 small bottle horseradish
2 cups chopped onions
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
5 cups apple cider vinegar
6 green peppers, chopped

Method

Chop with chopping knife: 1 peck ripe tomatoes and drain.
Mix ingredients thoroughly. Put in sterilized jars. Seal tightly.
