Note from the transcription

One recipe printed in three labelled blocks (Pastry, Filling, Glaze), each in two columns; ingredients listed row by row, left column then right. The left margin of the upper third of the page runs outside the frame: roughly two characters are lost from each line of the Pastry ingredient block, so the sugar quantity is entirely absent and the flour quantity may be incomplete (the visible '1/2 c.' could be the tail of a longer quantity). Marked [cut off]; not reconstructed. The Filling and Glaze blocks sit further right on the skewed page and are complete. No glaze instructions are printed beyond 'then glaze'.
