Extreme partial capture: the left half of the frame is black and the page is rotated roughly 90 degrees and curved away from the lens, so only a handful of word fragments near the gutter are legible. The visible title fragment ends '...ued)', i.e. the tail of a '(Continued)' running title, so this is the tail of a recipe begun on an earlier page; which recipe cannot be established from this frame. A further blurred fragment at the lower right is illegible.
